Bread Ras Malai is the tweaked version of traditional Ras Malai, Instead of cottage cheese balls bread slices are used for soaking in saffron flavoured thick milk, It's then garnished with some chopped nuts,try it !
Steps

Firstly add milk in to a sauce pan bring it to boil, Add milk powder,sugar,whisk well without any lumps. Keep stirring until milk thickens & reduces,Let it cool down completely.

Add chopped nuts, saffron, cardamom powder,mix well, turn off the stove. Cut the bread slices in to small discs with cookie cutter,

Now arrange discs in a serving bowl/dish.Pour over milk mixture, Garnish with some more chopped nuts and saffron strands.Enjoy delicious quick,easy Bread Ras Malai.
