Ingredients

Less than 30 mins

  1. Chicken wings [6-7]
  2. 1Onion
  3. 3Garlic cloves
  4. Peppercorns [5-6]
  5. 1/4th tsp paprika
  6. Thyme powder to sprinkle
  7. Salt
  8. Curry leaves [a few]
  9. Halfa bell pepper [green]
  10. Cumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

Less than 30 mins
  1. 1

    Pressure cook the chicken with garlic cloves [2], bell pepper, salt and peppercorns.

    Add oil to a pan. Saute chopped onion and garlic along with curry leaves and cumin seeds.

  3. 3

    Add dry spices and add the chicken [roughly after 3-4 whistles]. Add the stock. Cook till the sauce thickens. Serve with boiled rice. Bom apetite.
