A busy life of a city leaves no room for slow cooking on weekdays. This quick and super easy chicken is not to be underestimated. It takes sweetness from the onions; is garlicky and peppery that breaks the boredom and monotony of 'just a chicken' kinda dish . No harm trying...

Pressure cook the chicken with garlic cloves [2], bell pepper, salt and peppercorns.

Add oil to a pan. Saute chopped onion and garlic along with curry leaves and cumin seeds.

Add dry spices and add the chicken [roughly after 3-4 whistles]. Add the stock. Cook till the sauce thickens. Serve with boiled rice. Bom apetite.
