Ingredients

  • 500 gFish ball, cut in half
  • 2 handfulsholy basil leaves
  • 5-6 bird’s eye chilies
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps oysters sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

    Pound chilies and garlic, heat the wok, add olive oil. Put the pounded to stir fry until fragrant. Add the fish ball, follow with holy basil leaves. Seasoning with sugar, oysters sauce and sauce sauce. Stir fry until cook. Ready to enjoy.
