Strawberry boba tea

This was just a fun thing I did when I was bored. This took me 3 hours but depending on your own efficiency it might vary. Have fun.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Start a small pot of boiling water then leave till a medium simmer. There should be moderately small bubbles forming on the pot from the inside.
- 2
Blend or crush the strawberry until it's a paste, then mix the 1 tbsp of sugar in.
- 3
Pour strawberry-sugar paste into the simmering water and let the sugar completely dissolve.
- 4
Slowly add in the flour while mixing, and yes, this requires arm grease.
- 5
Continue mixing until everything is completely incorporated, then take the dough out onto a floured, flat surface.
- 6
Cut the dough in two and roll out into long lines about 5 millimeters wide.
- 7
Cut the lines at 5 millimeter intervals. I'm not there, but yours looks bootiful.
- 8
Roll these things into tiny balls. I found that another flat suface helped, like the bottom of a container.
- 9
Cover the balls in a buttload of tapioca flour, then sift.
- 10
Shove them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Make sure you cover them. If you wanna make the tea, go to step 11. If not, make your own or just eat the pearls. I would not advise the last option...
- 11
TEAS AND TOPPINGS!!
- 12
Boil the water then let to simmer.
- 13
Add the sugar and let dissolve while you make new strawberry paste.
- 14
Add strawberry paste to pot, mix, then immediatly take it off of the stove.
- 15
Put pearls into a cup, pour in strawberry tea, and top with the whipped cream, honey, and the 2 strawberries you cut in half.
- 16
Savor the flavor because this is a small serving.
- 17
MOST IMPORTANT STEP!!
Clean up. Do you even know how messy my kitchen and I where? Beyond your wildest dreams. Do your kitchen a favor and get it nice and tidy before you leave it.

For years I have been searching for a recipe end started experimenting with my own. I was tired of paying tons of money for these drinks when one could easily make it themselves for pennies. The pearls and flavor mixes can be found at most Asian markets. This recipe is basic and works just as well with crushed ice using a blender. You can experiment with other flavors like traditional milk tea or mango. Hilary Harmony -
