First, we will prepare the dough. take wheat flour and add salt to it. add water to the flour and make dough of it well.

Take boiled potatoes remove skin them and mesh them. mix salt, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin seeds powder. mix and make masala.

Take some dough from the dough and bowl in it 1 spoon potatoes masala and roll.

Now bake the rolled paratha with ghee/oil from both sides.

Tasty Aloo Paratha is ready serve hot with any chutney ya source.
