Using all the vegetables grown by my father and the olive oil produced by my grandfather we are enjoying salads like this in the hot summer days. Perfect to refresh ourselves and eat super healthy!

4-5large organic tomatoes
3-4green peppers
1avocado
Cheese (we use fetta to do some kind of greek salad)
Virgin extra Olive oil
Oregano

Wash the vegetables and cut them into mid sized slices.

Add the vegetables to a large plate and chop the cheese, amount is up to you cheese lovers!

Sprincle oregano and salt, then add abundant olive oil.
