Wash both spinach and coriander leaves and chopped them in the chopper.

In a mixing bowl add chopped spinach, coriander leaves, onion, rice flour, wheat flour, and besan. Add chopped green chilies, salt, cumin seeds powder, and coriander powder. Mix well. Add little water and bind into a soft dough. Apply 1 tsp oil all over the prepared dough. Keep cover for 5 mins.

Make 4 equal portions from the prepared dough. Take one portion of the dough. Roll and flatten it. Take away the paper and spread the dough with greased fingers on the paper.

Place thalipeeth on iron tawa. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook on another side for 3-5 mins. Similarly, prepare all Spinach Thalipeeth.

Serve Delicious Hot Spinach Thalipeeth with coriander- mint chutney and fresh curd.
