Ingredients

  1. 8 ozegg noodles
  2. 1/2 stickbutter
  3. 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  4. 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  5. 1 tablespoonparsley
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil a pot of water and cook egg noodles according to its package directions (be sure to add salt to your water prior to boiling)

    While the noodles are cooking, melt the butter over medium heat in a skillet

  3. 3

    Add your garlic and cook for about a minute and a half, stirring constantly. You don’t want it to burn

  4. 4

    Before draining your pasta, add about 2 tablespoons of the hot pasta water followed by Parmesan cheese and parsley

  5. 5

    Stir until cheese has melted and noodles are fully coated. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately

Step 4 : I am a little confused. Put the 2 tbsp of hot water in the butter mixture?
