Steps

Wash and soak sabudana overnight or for 4-5 hours. Boiled peeled and mashed potatoes. Get ready with all ingredients.

Take a mixer jar add roasted peanuts add green chilli to make a coarse powder.
Now take a big mixing bowl and add mashed potatoes coarsely grinding peanuts and green chilli add cumin seeds chopped green coriander leaves salt mix all together - 3
Make equal size balls press gently and keep all aside. Now heat up oil in a pan deep fry vadas carefully till golden brown in colour. Don't make crowd deep fry 2/3 at a time.
Serve with chutney sauce tea coffee dip.
