Make a paste with both mustard seeds, 3 green chilies, and little water & a pinch of salt.

Heat oil in a pan. Rub little turmeric on the boiled eggs. Saute the eggs & keep them aside.

Fry the onions & 2 split green chilies. Add the mustard paste. Add turmeric & salt. Cook on low flame for 3mins. Add the eggs & mix properly. Now add the required water for gravy. Cook for another 5mins.

Enjoy with steamed rice.
