Ingredients

30 minutes

4 servings

Ground beef (1 lb)
Chopped Onion (1)
Small head green cabbage
Bell Pepper- one red or green
(1) can diced tomatoes
Seasoning - 1-2 tsp each of Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder (to taste)
2 cupsshredded Cheddar

Steps

30 minutes

Brown ground beef with chopped pepper and onion.

Stir in chopped cabbage
3

Add one can diced tomatoes and seasonings
4

Cover and simmer 20 minutes
5

Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
