A very simple method of roasting peppers of any type. I use this method especially when I'm making hot salsa.

Ingredients

  1. Preheated Air Fryer to 400 Degrees
  2. as NeededJalepeno and Pablano Peppers
  3. as NeededVegetable Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Lightly coat all peppers with vegetable oil. Place peppers in preheated air fryer basket at 400 degrees, in a single layer.

  2. 2

    Air fry for 10 minutes total, turning peppers over at the 5 minute interval. When finished place peppers in a plastic container or bag. Cover and let peppers steam for 10 minutes. When ready, slip skins off peppers if desired. Use peppers as desired. Enjoy
