Mix the semolina and curd and water. Make a thick batter. Keep aside 15 minutes.

After 15 minute take batter add salt and soda and mix it well. Make a fluffy batter like idli batter consistency.

Take a big pan add oil in it put mustard seeds when it's crackled add this semolina batter in it and cower with lid and cooked for 10 minutes in medium slow flame.

After 10 minutes flip it and make a crispy pan cake. Cooked.

When it's completely done switch off the flame. When the pancake gets cool. Decorate with onion. Tomato and tomato sauce and green chilli and coriander leaves sprinkle salt and chilli powder and chaat masala.

Garnish with namkeen sev. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
