Ingredients

2serve
  • 2bananas, cut into 2.5cm slices
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2apple,thickly sliced, each slice cut into 6 equal chunk
  • 1/2 cupwatermelon cut into square
  • 1melon, de-seeded and cut into large chunks

  1. 1

    Drizzle the lemon juice over the banana slices to stop them going brown. Arrange alternate pieces of fruit on 8 wooden skewers and serve immediately.
