I tried for the first time to make this traditional albanian dish but adding modern elements that are not from the traditional recipe.
Steps

We first chop the onions and the meat in small pieces.

We add olive oil in a frying pan or a pot. Add the onions and stir them for a bit until they are slighty gold in color.

Add the meat, chopped garlic, and the mushrooms and stir them firmly.

Add the tomato sauce and let it cook for a while.

Afterwards we add the dijon mustard and a bit of balsamic vinegar.

We add salt and black pepper for taste, then we add water and let it boil.

After the stew has boiled and some of the water has vaporized its ready to serve.
