A native south American dish. I learnt this recipe a long time ago through a TV kitchen show and it was worth trying because it super delicious.

A native south American dish. I learnt this recipe a long time ago through a TV kitchen show and it was worth trying because it super delicious.

Carefully remove the corn husk

Wash the husk to remove dirts and Immerse in hot boiling water (helps to soften the husk and make it easier to wrap) for couple minutes, remove and keep aside till ready for use.scrape corn

Add all ingredients in a grinder or food processor except the egg white, grind till smooth

Whisk the egg white and add to the mix

Pour a portion of the mix in the corn husk and wrap. Form a thin string with the leftover husk

Then tie your wrap with the string

Steam for 30-40min
