Boil the meat till tender while preparing the vegetables

Make sure the meat dried up and add chopped onions, crushed Ginger and garlic add some oil

Cook until turns golden brown

Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tender.

Add your chopped hoho and stir for 2 mins

Add the vegetables and cook for 10min till tender.

Serve when hot with ugali.
