Wash and rinse the rice

Take the ⅓ and cook, while you soak the 3 cups for 1-2hrs

Remove the water from the soaked rice and add the cooked one

Mix and blend to a smooth batter, don't add too much water

Get a bowl and pour the batter then add yeast and mix

Cover with a lid and keep in warm place for 2-3hrs

When it double in size, stir and add your sugar
Put 1 table spoon of oil to each of the tanda umm then scoop the batter to the oiled tanda and start frying on medium heat

When the first side is ready flip the other side
Remove when done

Serve with vegetable sauce or yajin kuli/suya spice
