Jollof rice

Parboil the rice

Grate or blend the habanero and tattashe

Put oil on fire with the onion saute some, add in the grated tattashe and fry for few minutes

Add small quantity of water, then the seasonings, curry powder and salt
Then to a boil

Now add the rice and allow to simmer
When the water is finished Serve and enjoy
Note: You can reduce the scotch bonnet pepper if you don't like much pepper, and you can put in any protein of your like e.g fish or meat.
