Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcauliflower florets
  2. 1 cupcorn flour
  3. 1 tspsalt,pepper,red Chilli powder and chaat masala
  4. 1 tbspgramflour
  5. 1small finely chopped onion
  6. 4-5 clovesgarlic minced
  7. 2 tbspketchup
  8. 2 tbspsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix corn and gram flour with all the spices

  2. 2

    Coat the florets by adding little water

  3. 3

    Deep fry at low flame.keep aside

  4. 4

    Saute garlic and onion. Add pinch of salt and paprika.add ketchup and soy sauce

  5. 5

    Mix well by adding little water.add fried florets and mix well

  6. 6

    Serve by garnish with coriander leaves or green onion
