Salmon patties

Steps

Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

Prepare the salmon and rub with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt Place on baking sheet skin side down. Bake for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven

Meanwhile cut up the pepper and onions

When Salmon is done let it cool and flake off all the meat into a bowl then add melted butter and lemon juice and stir to mix

Add the red pepper, onion, worcestshire, bread crumbs, mayo, egg, and garlic salt and pepper and mix to combine.

Add in crushed Ritz crackers and mix all together to form patties with your hands. Don't make them too big won't flip easily

Use a little olive oil and pan fry the patties on medium until golden brown on each side 😋 ENJOY
