Ingredients

a few minutes
a few people
  • Halfa salmon filet with skin on
  • Olive oil
  • Butter, 2 Tbls melted
  • Lemon pepper/salt
  • 1red bell pepper, diced small
  • 1sweet onion, minced
  • Chopped parsley
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • Butter crackers crushed, I used Ritz
  • 1Egg, beaten
  • Mayo, one heaping Tbls
  • dropsWorcestshire, few
  • Lemon juice, squeeze half
  • Galic salt/pepper

Steps

    Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Prepare the salmon and rub with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt Place on baking sheet skin side down. Bake for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven

  3. 3

    Meanwhile cut up the pepper and onions

  4. 4

    When Salmon is done let it cool and flake off all the meat into a bowl then add melted butter and lemon juice and stir to mix

  5. 5

    Add the red pepper, onion, worcestshire, bread crumbs, mayo, egg, and garlic salt and pepper and mix to combine.

  6. 6

    Add in crushed Ritz crackers and mix all together to form patties with your hands. Don't make them too big won't flip easily

  7. 7

    Use a little olive oil and pan fry the patties on medium until golden brown on each side 😋 ENJOY
