Boil 1 ltr milk & when it starts to bubble switch off the gas.

After 5 mins add vinegar & make paneer from it.

Wash the paneer properly to avoid the sour taste of vinegar.

Take a muslin cloth, squeeze out the water & hang it for 15 mins.

After that add a pinch of red food colour or beetroot juice with paneer & make any shape.

Put the paneer in a maslin cloth & hang it for 15 mins.Dont make the paneer too much dry.

Boil 1 ltr milk & when it starts to bubble switch off the gas.

Let the syrup boil & add rasgullas one after another gently.

Boil it in high flame for 12 mins with lid.

Boil another 10 mins in medium flame.

Switch off the gas & serve it hot ya cool as per your choice.
