Peanut Katli
#RSC It tastes just like a kaju katli.
Steps

First, roast the peanuts in a pan without changing colour and peel the skin.

Transfer in to a mixer jar and grind it in pluse mode if you keep grinding oil will come out of it and taste will not be good. Grind the groundnuts.

Mix milk powder with peanuts. In a pan add sugar and add half cup of water and boil it until it becomes a one string consistency.

Add peanut and milk powder mix well.

Continue to cook until the mixture turns smooth paste and starts to separate pan slightly. do not overcook, as the katli will turn hard.

Pour it on a greased plate and let it cool a little. Then spread it on a butter on a butter paper and knead it well.

If kneaded like this by hand, the katli will be very smooth.

Place the peanut dough between butter paper and roll using a rolling pin. Roll slightly thick making sure it's uniform.

Now grease with ghee and apply silver leaf or silver vark. applying vark is optional. Now cut into diamond shape or shape of your choice.

Now delicious sweet very crispy peanut katli is ready.
