#RSC...This is authentic Gujarati sweet made with jaggery (Gur), ghee, and whole wheat flour. This can be perfect sweet dish for the upcoming Rakhi and other festivals of August moth.

First, grease the plate with ghee and keep it ready as you have to quickly spread the dish on the plate.

In a Kadai add 1 cup of ghee Kadai add one cup of wheat flour and keep roasting flour on low flame till the flour turns dark brown in color...it will take 10 to 15 mins.

Add 3/4th cup of grated jaggery...use powder jaggery and quickly close the gas and mix well.

Please don't stir it on gas post adding jaggery it will form into lumps be very quick in mixing and spreading.

Transfer it quickly to a greased plate, spread it faster, and add poppy seeds (khus khus) just press it and cut the pieces with a knife.
