Japanese style padron peppers with soy sauce and sugar 🫑 - Batch cooking idea 💡

When I first found padron peppers in UK, I thought it’s very similar to what we have in Japan, called “Shishito peppers”.

Therefore, I tried making a same dish which I used to cook with Shishito peppers. It’s just so easy! You can quickly add one more side dish on your table!!

It’s also good for batch cooking. Keep it in a container and I usually finish within few days.

  3. 3

Heat some oil in a pan, stir fry pardon peppers. Add sugar and cook for a while. Add soy sauce only at the end because soy sauce makes it easy to get burnt.
