On a rainy day Pakore & Tea are as universal friends as anything else can be. Nobody can beat the best combo of Pakore & Tea. I made with Papad and that too spicy Papad. Let’s dig!
Steps

In a bowl add sooji, salt and mix, add buttermilk to it, whisk and set aside for 15 mins

Add Papad to a blender and blend coarsely

Chop onions, garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies
- 4
In a bowl add coarsely ground Papad, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, red chilli powder, Chaat Masala, cumin powder and mix well. Add this to Buttermilk mix, whisk well

Add baking soda and mix and then add hot oil and mix well, form balls
- 6
In a wok heat adequate oil and add the balls, on medium flame fry until golden in colour
- 7
Sprinkle Chaat Masala and red chilli powder. Serve with Tea and Green chutney. Enjoy
