Boiled broccoli with Shio Konbu and mayonnaise 🥦 - Batch cooking idea 💡

Soak the broccoli in a bowl filled with water. Wash well. Cut broccoli into small bite sizes. Keep the stem, please try the linked recipe!

Boil water in a pot, add 1-2 tea spoons of salt and boil broccoli for 2 minutes. Drain water and cool it down (please don’t soak or put in running water because the broccoli will become too watery). Remove excessive water with kitchen paper.

Add shio konbu and mayonnaise.

Mix well and that’s it!
