A simple yet a flavourful and a healthy snack on any day especially during the rainy evenings at tea-time. An innovative twist given by me to the plain Namak Paare loved by many of us Indians at Shaam Ki Chai using Sorghum or Jowar Flour in this version. Crispy and super crunchy, these are a treat to the tastebuds. Absolutely easy and hassle free snack idea for everyone on any given day. The best thing about them is that they can be stored in airtight containers for later use. They stay good upto a Month and more. So it's good to make at free time and use it.

Made easily with such a wonderful and healthy ingredients, it's pretty much amazing. I have incorporated Black Seeds too in this particular version along with the regular Carom Seeds or Ajwain. Looks delightful and tastes equally great. These are a perfect accompaniment that can be enjoyed with your daily Tea or Coffee.

Happy Snacking Everyone!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
