Place a steamer pot (couscoussier) over boiling water. In a large bowl, combine the fine couscous with 3 tablespoons oil and enough very hot water to moisten it. Let the couscous absorb the water and cool slightly, then steam it.

Steam the couscous a second time over hot water. Before steaming, add a little oil and salt, then sprinkle with water. Let the couscous absorb the water and cool, then steam it again for the second time.

Once the couscous is steamed, add powdered sugar and butter, and mix well. Garnish with mixed nuts and cinnamon before serving.
