  • 250 clWater
  • Organic pineapplePeel (med Size)
  • Cloves3/4tsp
  • 1Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 tbsLemon Zest

    Rinse Clove and cinnamon stick, set aside

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients to a pot,cook for 7mins

  3. 3

    Remove from heat

  4. 4

    Let it steep for 10mins

  5. 5

    Stir,sieve,drink once(1glass) a week
