Soak and drain boondi.

Grind together red chillies,cumin and coriander.

Boil,peel and dice potatoes.

Chop all the vegetables.

Whisk yoghurt with water,salt,ground masala and half of both the chutneys.

Mix all the ingredients in yoghurt.

Drizzle remaining chutneys.

Sprinkle chaat masala.

Serve chilled.
