I’ve been seeing this recipe everywhere lately even in Lebanon and the middle East (of course with some modifications based on the ingredients available) which is surprising as korean dishes are not very popular there. I gave it a go and added my own twist 😊

  • Dressing
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonmirin
  • 1 teaspoongochujang (Korean chilli paste) - OR sriracha flakes/sauce- OR chilli flakes
  • Sesame seeds

    Slice the cucumber

    A picture of step 1 of Korean style cucumber salad.
  2. 2

    Combine the dressing ingredients and mix with the cucumber. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds and serve!
