  • 500 gmbhindi
  • 3 tbscooking oil
  • 2tomatoes
  • Salt as per demand
  • Green chilli as per.
  • 1 tbsRed chilli

    Well take the 500 gm bhindi and cutt it and wash it.

    Now put cooking oil and brown it for 5 minutes

    Now put tomatoes and all masalas in it.

    Cook for some time on Tandoor Wood Fire.
