Cilantro
1lemon
2garlic cloves

evoo
Salt
Chopped parsley

We gather the ingredients, fry the onion, garlic and lemon peel with EVOO, salt and parsley. We add the rice and stir with the sauce for 1', add water, lemon juice, coriander and salt. We cook 20 'at medium-low temperature, plate and serve.
