Barley pan cake
Steps

First off add 1 cup Barley flour in a bowl with 1 cup buttermilk and let it sit for 10 -15 mins with a lid.

After some time add salt and mix well.

Add chopped green chillies and chopped onions.

Add pinch of turmeric and mix everything well and spread on heated pan.

Cook pan cake on one side then flip and cook the other side.

Once cooked on both side serve it hot with some pickle and enjoy :)
