Ingredients

  • 1 tbspRai powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1lemon
  • 100 gmLong mirch

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut mirchi into long pieces

  2. 2

    Take container add mirchi 1 lemon juice salt to taste and rai powder mix

  3. 3

    Keep it in sunlight for 4 hrs

  4. 4

    Store it in air tight container
    Keep it in fridge
    Can be kept stored for 1 week

  5. 5

    Enjoy with paratha
