An easy and simple flavoured laddu recipe made with coconut & jaggery .These laddu's are super rich ,moist, tasty & most importantly an ideal dessert recipe made for various occasions & festivals.

Firstly, in a kadhai heat 1tbsp ghee & add coconut.Saute for 2-3 minutes until the moisture from coconut is dried slightly.

Now add jaggery & cook on medium flame. Cook until jaggery melts & everything is combined well & holds a shape.

Further add cardamon, dryfruits and mix well. Turn off the flame & transfer mixture to a bowl. Prepare ball size laddu out of it when the mixture is warm..

Coconut Gur Laddu is ready..Store it in an air tight container & stays good for 10-15 days..

Note: If Using Dessicated coconut, the cooking time will reduce. Jaggery quantity can be adjusted as per the sweetness and don't over cook the mixture otherwise the laddu will turn hard.
