Prosciutto ham and fresh onions
A simple, refreshing dish of prosciutto ham.
Steps

Slice the onions very thinly in a direction that breaks the fibres and place them in cold water.
After a while, when the pungency of the onions has diminished, drain the water. - 2
Place the drained onions on a plate, followed by the ham, then sprinkle with herbs, black pepper, Parmigiano-Reggiano and olive oil.
