Ingredients

  1. 1zucchini, chopped
  2. 1/2onion, chopped
  3. Several kale leaves, chopped
  4. 1 tspminced garlic
  5. Salt & pepper to taste
  6. Italian season to taste
  7. 2 (9.75 oz)cans canned chicken
  8. 1-2 jarspasta sauce
  9. 1 boxmacaroni (or similar) pasta, cooked
  10. Shredded mozzarella
  11. Grated Parmesan
  12. Italian seasoned bread crumbs, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Grease 9x13 baking dish.

  3. 3

    In a large pot cook zucchini, kale, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper until veggies are tender.

  4. 4

    Add chicken, pasta and pasta sauce and mix until combined over low heat.

  5. 5

    Pour chicken/pasta mixture into greased baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella & Parmesan over top. Add bread crumbs to top.

    Cook uncovered for 30 minutes in oven.

    All done!
