Wash the dal and soak it for 2 hours. Heat oil in a nonstick pan add the onions and fry till light brown in colour add ginger garlic paste,
curry leaves, and green chilli saute for a minute. Then add red chili powder, haldi powder, and kitchen king masala fry for a few mins, drain the soaked dal and add it to the masala mix it well add 3/4 cup hot water, and salt mix well. Cover and cook on medium flame till dal is soft. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rotis
