First of all, peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.

Heal the oil and pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Then add chopped green chilies to it. Ads of the tomatoes and saute them till they become soft.

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, and coriander powder to it.

Add water and let the potato curry cook for three whistles then cook on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add garam masala and mix well. Serve This sabji with Paratha or roti.
