  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. as per taste powdered sugar
  3. as per requirementRoasted Melon seed
  4. 10-12Fox nut (makhane)

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add wheat flour. Roast the flour till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Then add sugar and mix well. Now add roasted melon seed and fox nut mix well.

  3. 3

    Panjiri is ready to serve....
