Honey Butter Garlic Chicken

Cut chicken into small cubes

In a bowl, add chicken that has been cut up into small pieces, along with the corn starch. Mix so the chicken is coated evenly.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and oil.

Toss in the chicken and sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Cook until the chicken has some brown bits and no pink in sight. Should be around 5-8 min.

Add the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, honey, rice vinegar and more butter to the pan.

Sauté until the chicken is golden brown and coated in the thick sauce. About 5 minutes.

Take off heat and garnish! Serve on top of rice or veggies
