This is a very healthy option for breakfast or meals. I have prepared these Paratha with Arbi leaves, wheat flour, maize flour and gram flour.

First clean and wash arbi leaves. Chopped roughly.

Now heat 1tbsp oil in a kadhai.

Add chopped arbi leaves.

Saute for 2min.

Now take the food processor mixing jar, and fix the steel chopping blade.

Peel off and cut the onion into half, add in mixing jar.

Blend for 30 seconds.

The finely chopped onion will get ready.

Now in the same jar, add arbi leaves.

Add wheat flour, maize flour, and gram flour.

Add all dry spices.

Blend for 30 seconds.

All ingredients will get combined.

Now add 1/2 cup curd.

Dough will be formed

Roll paratha with a rolling pin

Shallow fry on hot tawa,flip and roast on both the sides

Serve hot paratha with spiced curd
