Everyone loves cookies. So I tried this recipe for the first time and it came out so yummy. It is tasty and healthy. You can enjoy it without any guilt. I have made it with ragi flour, wheat flour, jaggery, cow ghee and almond powder.

Everyone loves cookies. So I tried this recipe for the first time and it came out so yummy. It is tasty and healthy. You can enjoy it without any guilt. I have made it with ragi flour, wheat flour, jaggery, cow ghee and almond powder.

Mix ragi flour, wheat flour, almond powder, baking powder, jaggery powder and ghee. Mix it well with your fingertips. You will get a crumb-like mixture. Add 3-4 tb. spoon. milk to make a soft dough. (Do not knead, just combine it)Keep it in the fridge for 20 min.

Now divide the dough. into 11 portions. Make balls and then flatten them. Prepare all the cookies like this.

Preheat the oven for 5 min. at 170 degree.

Cover the baking tray with parchment paper. Place all the. cookies on it. Bake it at 170 degrees for 17-18 min.

Your delicious ragi cookies are ready to serve
