Marinade fish with salt + pepper powder + turmeric and marinade for 10 minutes. Then fry till 50 %. Allow to cool.

Then gently remove skin and fish bones.

Grate Mozzarella cheese

Assemble ingredients, add mashed potato + black pepper powder + ginger + salt.

Mix gently and give shape of balls.

In a bowl, crack egg, add slight salt + pepper powder and whisk well. Dip balls in egg mix and coat well.

Then place balls on corn flour / Maida and roll all over nicely so that balls coats well.

In moderately heated pan / wok, add oil and allow to heat moderately, then drop balls one by one and deep fry till crisp and golden brown.

Flip and fry very nicely till golden brown.

Cheese Fish Balls is ready to serve.
