🐓 Crispy double roasted chicken wings Japanese style

To make the skin part very crispy, I used two different temerature. Initially cook the meat and then to use higher heat to make skin extra crispy.
Just put into oven only, so you really don't need to do any thing, yet unstoppable to eat.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put chicken wings on the baking paper on a tray. Salt and pepper to taste, a bit stronger than usual.
- 2
Preheat the oven to 225 celsius, and when the oven is well heated add the chicken for 10 min.
- 3
After 10 min, take out from the oven, and pour sesame oil on top. Brush oil on the skin well, and this makes the skin extra crispy.
- 4
Set temerature of the oven higher, 240-245, and roast another 5 min. Cook it too much makes the meat dry.
- 5
That's it. The last step, put oil and use very high heat for short time is the key of this recipe. When eat, add lime or lemon and some chili spices.
It's so easy, and can't stop eating!!!!
