In a bowl add all-purpose flour, semolina, sugar, egg, yellow color, green cardamom powder and water.

Make into a thin batter, cover and leave it for 4 hours.
Just before frying add soda by carb and mix well. - 3
Deep fry in a skillet or large fry pan in clarified butter.

Serve with balai or rabri.
