Ingredients

20 mins
  • 1 cupplain flour
  • 4 tbspghee
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupwater + warm water for dough
  • Oil for deep frying

    Take a bowl and add plain flour, ghee mix well, add little mixture in your palm and press it to make sure that it forms a ball.

    Then make tight dough with warm water and cover the dough for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    Then make ball from the dough,take rolling pin and make a thick chapati, cut into 1-1.5cm thick cubes, heat oil in the wok and deep fry them on medium heat, until golden brown, keep aside.

    For sugar syrup: take a pan and add sugar, water, cook for 5 mins on medium - high flame until it's thick, remove from the flame, add fried cubes and mix gently, stir until a layer of sugar is form, a white sugar will form on top of every cubes.serve with gram flour laddoos.

    Tip: it's kindly recommended that use gentle hand mixing, because there are very soft,can break easily.

    Note: now put them in your mouth and a yummy crisp sweet taste you can't stop eating them.
