  • cornflour as required

    Peel all potatoes and wash

    Cut into finger shape

    Boil water with salt.when start boiling then add chips for 5 min

    Strain it

    Then spread all on kitchen towel for dry it

    After dry just sprinkle corn flour on it and mix well

    Pack in air tight bag and keep in freezer
